The purpose of this service is to assist the client in developing the criteria for the preferred location, screening a number of candidate locations and selecting the best site for the new business entity. The 5 primary activities that comprise an EW site selection include:
- Development of the decision-making criteria
- Identification of candidate sites
- A "Deep Dive" on the most appropriate candidate sites, which includes an analysis of cost, contract terms, ability to meet schedule, supporting infrastructure, etc. Also, a negotiation strategy is developed to deliver the most favorable terms and conditions for the client.
- Site visits with the client
- Final negotiations

As a result, we are able to provide our clients with up-to-date information on available Greenfield sites as well as available existing facilities. Because of our network of relationships, we are able to obtain qualified financial information on business park capacity and availability in order to negotiate the best long-term rates for our clients.
