Randy Reavis serves as Senior Advisor of Global Operations and Business Process Development for East West. In this capacity, Randy works with US multinational companies as well as Asian-based subsidiaries in areas of operations and business process improvement focusing on strategic advantages of Asian corporate initiatives. In addition, Randy is project lead for a number of engagements in the US and in Asia.

Randy has served in capacities to include executive lead for manufacturing, supply chain, operations, customer service, and information technology.

Randy most recently served as International Division President and Board Member of 75-year-old company designing, manufacturing and distributing apparel through multiple distribution channels in the US. As President, Randy and his team created a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ningbo, China. He was responsible for developing supply chain, logistics, financial, and legal infrastructure to support this new factory with 300 + employees. Randy had additional executive responsibilities for a Hong Kong company sourcing manufactured goods in China and Hong Kong. Previous to the President's role, Randy served as Chief Information Officer leading the company through two enterprise systems implementations and company-wide business process reengineering. In addition to Information Technology, Randy also had executive responsibilities for the Distribution Center, Customer Service, Planning, Global Sourcing, Transportation and Logistics.

Previous to joining the fashion company, Randy was president and principal consultant for Pinnacle Data Systems, Inc., serving the information needs in the areas of finance, insurance, manufacturing and medical software and research. A core competency within this practice was business process reengineering. Of note within his practice was a consulting engagement with UNC School of Medicine - Department of Surgery to support research and development, medical trials and additional grant sponsored initiatives. Randy co-developed the NC Trauma Registry software and the National Trauma Registry software. In addition to trauma registries, Randy designed and developed several software applications within the UNC Hospital organization to include surgical ICU (SICUBASE), Emergency Department (EDBASE) and Pharmacy (PhBASE).

Previous to Pinnacle Data Systems, Randy was General Services Officer and Trust Officer with Wachovia Corporation and Manager of Network Systems and Trust Control for Wachovia Trust Division. With these positions, he was responsible for special applications and systems for Wachovia's Trust Division with staff in Winston-Salem, NC and Atlanta, GA. From his General Services role, Randy worked with a team to evaluate and consolidate operations during the Wachovia merger with First Atlanta. In addition, Randy led planning and installation of branch automation systems in all retail bank branches and data centers in North Carolina. In the Trust Control division, Randy led many projects to include Trust and Warrants reconciliation software for the largest leverage buyout in US history - RJR Nabisco ($25 Billion). Other noted projects include North Carolina Hospital Bond Administration amortization systems; and software for the US congressional-approved Georgia Municipal authority.

After completing studies in electrical engineering with Bell Labs engineering school, Randy also completed studies with the American Institute of Banking and graduated with honors from John Wesley College with a B.A. in Management and Ethics. Further, Randy completed Stanford University executive leadership program.
