The East West team has significant Asian operational experience and has qualified a team of 36 manufacturing consultants with extensive Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing capabilities which support our Operational trouble-shooting in Asia as well as a network of technical experts which we employ on specific technical projects.
East West is not a Turnaround or Restructuring firm and we do not provide services to work with creditors, banks or manage financial restructuring efforts. Rather, we work with these firms to support their restructuring efforts on behalf of their clients and provide our global experience and execution capabilities in Asia.
