Mrs. Liu Fang graduated from Bo Hai University (formerly Liaoning commercial College), with Honors in 1998. Her Major was International Trade Practices.
She started her working career in a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in Anshan Liaoning Province, where she was responsible for Chinese/ English Translation, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Tax issues, communication and representation for the company with the local Government and Editor of the Plant Newspaper.
She then moved to Shanghai and began working in the automotive industry when she joined the Shanghai Sunwin Bus Company, a Joint Venture (JV) between Volvo and SAIC Shanghai. During that time Liu Fang was responsible for the After-Market Sales and Dealer Development as well as for the After-Market Department ISO 9000 initiative.
She developed the dealer training process to work with the dealers and internal sales team who were buying and selling the buses for the Shanghai market and subsequently, servicing their clients with After-Market services. She had daily management of the dealer organization and execution of the dealer parts program.
In 2005 Liu Fang began working with Daimler Chrysler China Ltd. Shanghai Branch office. In this position, she was responsible for establishing a new branch office in Shanghai and thus, managed their relations with the local government, permitting process, site selection. Additionally, Liu Fang established the accounting system for the original office to initiate and track direct customer contacts with Daimler Chrysler China Shanghai office.
In 2007 Liu Fang enrolled in Appalachian State University school of Business and graduated in 2009 in the top 5% of her class with her Masters Degree in Accounting. Concurrent with her academic work, she completed requirements and testing to receive her CPA.
Liu Fang works with East West clients on a variety of projects, including Due Diligence of Chinese firms, audit specialist assignments, systems process and reviews, and establishing After-Market dealer assignments, and governmental permitting with the local and provincial government.
