Victor Alexander Bryant Al Ernest Randy Reavis Chang FuShan Lui Fang Jenny Zhu Yamin Afshar Jon Scott Maxwell Chris Fluharty Jon Scott Maxwell Partner London, UK Jon has more than 30 years experience managing international industrial businesses, most recently as Chief Executive of Delta plc in the UK where Jon transformed the group from selling mostly into stagnant or declining European markets to more than half the sales being made to growing Asia Pacific markets with above average returns. Before joining Delta plc in 1997, Jon spent 24 years in the automotive components business, most recently as Managing Director of GKN Automotive Driveline Division. GKN achieved global market leadership being particularly successful in developing business with all the Japanese vehicle manufacturers and building a global presence including manufacturing operations throughout Asia Pacific. Jon has lived and worked outside of the UK in Japan and Germany and now lives in either London or Thailand when not travelling on business. In addition to his other activities, he is currently a director of Euro-Asia Business Advisory, partner in Asia Gateway and Corporate Advisors, chairman of MCi, Holland, senior consultant for The Hayes Group International, and developing various business opportunities with Asia Pacific. Jon received his Bsc in Engineering Science from Durham University, Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) from Slough College and attended an International Senior Management Program (ISMP) at Harvard Business School. |
