Implementation of the Assessment's Findings

On behalf of our clients, East West can implement in the US and Asia the findings generated by the Assessments. Applying our global operational experience, East West executes on these Assessments and supports the company's executives working to restructure the organization.

As a result of our Assessments, East West provides a detailed list of operational changes to either improve an Asian operation or generate cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities in Asia for a US company. We have identified and implemented a number of corporate changes for our clients, including the development of new distribution channels, identification of new vendors, creation of technical and QA processes, cost reductions through product sourcing and subcontracting, organizational restructuring, identification of new key employees, installation of an East West executive in an Interim position, development of new domestic and foreign clients and construction of prototype equipment in Asia.

Additionally, we have identified Asian investors for US companies who are restructuring their organization. East West has an identified list of qualified Asian investors who are interested in investing in good US companies. If we believe the company is successfully executing their restructuring plan, East West will take these opportunities to our investor base.

The implementation usually occurs soon after the Assessment is completed. East West will generally present the Assessment to the senior executives and the Board of Directors, so that our clients can address any questions which they have and subsequently, make fact-based decisions based on the Assessment Results.

Through our team in the US and Asia, we collaborate with our clients on the implementation of the Assessment. East West's value to our clients is our deep operational experience and success in managing businesses in the US and Asia, which allows us to view problems within a global context and an understanding of how to leverage Asia to improve the competitiveness of US companies.
