Although East West is not an executive search firm, we have assisted clients in several defined ways with their H/R needs. Primarily, when a client is trying to identify the right senior executive for a position in China/Asia, East West can:
- East West has referred candidates whom we know professionally and believe have the right personality and skill set for the position. Since the executive is located in China and needs to be able to communicate effectively with the corporate headquarters, it is critical the candidates are the right 'fit' for the client's corporate culture, in addition to meeting the position's technical and operational requirements.
- Interviewed and evaluated candidates for a particular position in China/Asia.
