There are often cases in China where employees or executives go off and start their own business to compete with their employer's business. East West can provide investigative services that often uncover suspected fraud.
These investigations usually include identifying the location of the counterfeit company, determining if the products are the same or essentially the same as the clients, and determining if the suspected employee or executive is involved with the company.
Each case is very client specific.
Note: Results of this type of investigation cannot be used in a court case. It must be confirmed by a licensed investigator. Licensed investigators in China are required to have previous police experience.
