Using this process, EW Consultants can analyze the various aspects of financial planning to insure all financial considerations have been captured, that the assumptions on projected costs in each cost element are consistent with actual cost figures and that there is complete consistency between the financial plan and other relevant input documents (i.e. revenue assumptions from the Sales & Marketing Plan).

The purpose of the Financial Plan is to yield projections on payback period (or other decision model), operational P&L and cash flow as aids in the decision making process.
