Applying our Asian operational experience, our Shanghai office will support our client by executing their defined strategy. East West will assist the client to develop the necessary criteria for executing particular strategies. For example, the client and EW can develop the needed characteristics of Asian subcontractors or partners. EW will identify a list of qualified candidates for the client to interview before making a final decision.
The market entry strategy may result in a variety of actions, including
- Sourcing raw materials or finished goods
- Identifying and qualifying Asian subcontractors
- Qualifying and vetting potential Asian partners, i.e. manufacturers, distributors, licensees, etc.
- Establish a Chinese office for sales and marketing, quality control, etc.
