Contract Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing and Distribution


Many companies need operational and manufacturing capabilities in China to service their growing domestic Asian customers, but do not have deep experience on-the-ground in China to understand how best to enter the market. In practice, East West serves as the company's on-the-ground team in China to provide the needed manufacturing, distribution and sales capabilities to the local Asian customers.

Our clients value East West's contract manufacturing capabilities and related services in China and the ability to work with a Western firm who has developed and executed a number of IP strategies for Western firms, who did not have the China resources to oversee their Chinese subcontractors - a client's IP can include customer lists, manufacturing or assembly processes and raw material components. When manufacturing, East West either procures local domestic equipment according to the client's technical specifications or the clients provide their own equipment which East West obtains government approval and imports into China.
