Prior to joining East West, Chris served a President of Cimco Technologies, LLC, an Ohio industrial filtration company which supplied automotive and component manufacturing companies in the US and their international operations. This industrial filtration supply company represented a variety of filtration solutions, including air, hydraulic, lube, compressor, liquid, water, vibratory finishing compounds, dust and mist collectors and nonwoven media.In his position, Chris spent most of his time in his client's manufacturing operations working to develop the right filtration and chemical programs compatible with their existing equipment. Subsequently, Chris and his team monitored these programs to maintain the system integrity and ensure cost reduction projections. Chris led all aspects of daily operations, including Sales and Marketing, H/R, budget and cost management and client delivery. Before establishing Cimco Technologies, Chris worked in the manufacturing sector, primarily in the automotive industry. He served as the Department Manager and Line Supervisor of the Brake and Fuel Line Coatings Department for TI Automotive, an automotive parts manufacturer located in Hebron, OH. In this capacity, Chris was responsible for developing and managing the production and quality goals for the plant's 3 shifts. Additionally, he was responsible for line and equipment efficiency for their brake line manufacturing process. He also worked as the Indiana Account Manager for Total Filtration Services, a multi-national company located in Rochester Hills, MI. Chris operated a complete filtration management program for Chrysler, Ford and Delphi plants in Indiana as well as worked as an On-Site Manager at a Ford Transmission plant responsible for inventory control and preventative maintenance. Chris is a graduate from The University of Dayton in 1997 where he studied Marketing and Business Management. He and his wife currently reside in Columbus, Ohio. |
