Victor Alexander Bryant Al Ernest Randy Reavis Chang FuShan Lui Fang Catherine Yang Yamin Afshar Jon Scott Maxwell Chris Fluharty Mark H Ramsey Gary Zhong Chang FuShan Senior Operational Director Mr. Chang FuShan has more than 26 years in China of senior working experience in areas of manufacturing, sales and marketing, procurement and vendor management, product development, finance and audit assessments. Mr. Chang’s career began in 1982 with his first assignment as Finance Leader in a State owned enterprise. In 1989, Mr. Chang accepted a position with Anssom Decor S.A.R.L Co, Ltd. He developed the company’s finance system and successfully tailored the system for the Chinese domestic market. In 1992, Mr. Chang became one of the first CPAs after passing the newly instated Chinese CPA exam and joined an Anshan CPA firm with responsibility for performing annual audit assessments of 20 clients, which included Anshan Commercial Bank JV, and manufacturing and distribution companies. In 1997, Mr. Chang joined Owens Corning Asia Pacific Anshan Plant as Plant Controller and in 1999 he accepted the Plant Manager position at an Owens Corning plant manufacturing building products for the China market. Mr. Chang was responsible for all Plant operations, including manufacturing, procurement, personnel, product development and supply chain. Mr. Chang instituted 5S, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing procedures in the plant, and greatly improved inventory control. Mr. Chang was recognized for having the leading plant in cost control among the 7 Owens Corning Asia Pacific Plants. Mr. Chang’s hallmark is efficiency, systems and his ability to affect the Plants “bottom line”. Mr. Chang also increased the plant’s manufacturing throughput by nearly 90% while maintaining the same physical footprint. In 2001 a second Plant producing Vinyl siding was added at the Anshan Plant site, Mr. Chang shared the overhead cost with this plant greatly reducing operating expenses. This was the first Owens Corning manufacturing plant worldwide to have different products produced at the same Plant sharing the same overhead staff. Mr. Chang and wife live in Anshan, China. |
